Covid-19ワクチンを3回接種している方 ※有効なワクチン接種証明書を入国時の検疫で提示すること
原則7日間の自宅等待機 入国後3日目以降に自主検疫を受け、陰性の結果の届け出が完了した場合は、それ以降の待機の継続なし	入国後の自宅等待機を求めない
Covid-19ワクチンを3回接種していない方
宿泊施設での3日間待機 宿泊施設で受けた検査の結果が陰性であれば、退所後の待機を求めない	原則7日間の自宅等待機 入国後3日目以降に自主検査を受け、陰性の結果の届け出が完了した場合は、それ以降の待機の継続なし

当グループのクリニック・検査所は厚生労働省サイト「自費検査を提供する検査機関一覧」に掲載されており、PCR検査結果は緩和陰性証明書としてご利用いただけます。
また、検査結果はMySOSアプリ内で確認できるため、再度来院していただく必要がなくスムーズです。

Those who got vaccinated 3 times(required to show valid certificate of vaccination.)
As a matter of principle, 7 days self-isolation. 3 days after entering the country and taking PCR test and got a negative result, no need for self-isolation after that.	No self-isolation after entering

3 days self-isolation at hotel If your result of PCR test negative which you took at a hotel, no need for self-isolation after that. The result of our clinic group is available for shorten self-isolation and which is on the list of clinics by the health ministry and you can take PCR tests which are not covered by insurance.
In addition, a result would be sent to the application called MYSOS thus no need to visit our clinic again.
